Responsibilities

• Monitors authorization dashboard and follows up on outstanding authorizations.
• Submits authorizations to payors with required documentation.
• Communicates with referrals and therapists to obtain missing information.
• Enters authorizations into the patient chart and documents actions taken.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and securely handles PHI.
