Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an experienced Medical Assisting Instructor in New Jersey to train the next generation of healthcare professionals. No teaching experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

As an instructor, you will teach classes using ACCSC-accredited curricula and lead a dynamic lab environment, guiding students toward successful careers as Medical Assistants and RMA exam readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the field or related teaching roles.
• RMA or CMA (AAMA) preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Teams, Word and Excel.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting classes using Lincoln Tech curricula.
• Provide hands-on Medical Assisting skills training in a lab.
• Prepare students to take the RMA exam offered by AMT.
• Instruct on safety and compliance.
