Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an experienced Medical Assisting Instructor to train the next generation of healthcare professionals in the United States. No teaching experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to transition into the educator role.

The instructor will lead Medical Assisting classes, provide hands-on lab training, and prepare students to sit for the RMA exam, while emphasizing safety, compliance, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Assisting
• RMA or CMA (AAMA) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel
• Teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting classes using Lincoln Tech's curricula
• Provide hands-on Medical Assisting skills training in a new lab
• Prepare students to take the RMA exam offered by AMT
• Instruct students about safety and compliance
• Encourage student growth, professionalism and accountability
• Support and communicate progress with students
• Lead engaging classes in a positive setting
• Prepare students for a successful career in their chosen field
