Job summary

West Coast Wound and Skin Care seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our field-based wound care team, traveling to patient homes in the Tucson area for hands-on clinical support under supervising providers.

The candidate is self-motivated, clinically competent, and committed to high-quality patient care in mobile settings, with strong documentation and coordination duties during visits.

Qualifications

• Valid Medical Assistant Certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical or medical experience preferred.
• Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or field-based roles a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-Time
