Job summary

West Coast Wound and Skin Care is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our field-based wound care team, traveling to patient homes to deliver hands-on clinical support under supervising providers.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, clinically competent, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a mobile setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of $22 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Medical Assistant (MA) Certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical or medical experience preferred.
• Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or field-based roles a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities
