Job summary

West Coast Wound is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our field-based wound care team in the Tucson area. You will travel to patient homes to provide hands-on clinical support under supervising providers, ensuring high-quality care in a mobile setting.

The role requires MA certification, strong medical terminology knowledge, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Medical Assistant (MA) Certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical or medical experience preferred.
• Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or field-based roles a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities
