Medi-Weightloss of Winter Garden is seeking a Medical Assistant to greet patients and support both administrative and clinical operations in a wellness-focused clinic.

The role includes hands-on training in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more, with a collaborative team and flexible scheduling. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude and customer service experience are valued, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with a medical setting preferred; training provided.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Willingness to develop new skills with comprehensive training in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
• Team-oriented mindset and dedication to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm environment greeting every patient with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide program information & answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program.
• Manage administrative tasks: phone, text, and fax communications; route messages promptly.
• Scan and upload patient documents to maintain organized records.
• Keep the clinic clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with the team and learn new roles to support clinic success.
