About the Role

• The Medical Assistant will be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting both administrative and clinical operations. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will shine as you deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a Warm Environment: Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards.
• Program Expertise: Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally.
• Document Management: Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records.
• Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Team Collaboration: Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer Service Skills: Preferred, but not required.
• Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting is preferred; we’ll train the right candidate.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
