The South Bend Clinic’s Urology department in South Bend, IN is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or graduate to join a physician-led team. You will triage, support office flow, and assist with clinical procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will document care, verify insurance in NextGen, and maintain equipment logs while upholding HIPAA and patient-centered care. Great benefits and opportunities to grow with a community-focused health system.

Competenze

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or completion of a formal medical assistant program.
• Team player, professional, and customer service oriented.
• Proficient computer skills including EMR, highly organized, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient base of all ages.
• Assist with clinical procedures specific to the department.
• Perform basic back-office skills including medication administration, injections, bandaging, and measuring height, weight, and BP.
• Anticipate physician needs with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience is a plus.
