Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years experience as MA.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC); no CPR/ACLS online-only.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and provide information about conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Support clinical operations and patient care; help triage and assess urgency.
• Take vital signs, obtain histories, perform phlebotomy, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs per privacy regulations and discharge planning as needed.
