Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks a Medical Assistant to join our Rome region team. Under supervision, you will chart in EMR, take vitals, assist providers, and manage referrals in a fast-paced specialty setting.

This full-time, benefited position supports clinic operations across region 9 locations; travel to other sites may be required; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using E Clinical Works or other EMR systems preferred.
• 1-year clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsabilités

• Triage patients to be seen by providers, rooming patients and taking vitals.
• Assist providers in exam rooms.
• Process messages between patients and administration or other medical offices.
• Report to office manager and/or practice administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
