Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant to support clinical operations across multiple clinics including Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Denton, and Coppell. You will perform exams, tests, injections, and front-office tasks while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include vitals, spirometry, EHR data entry, and inter-clinic travel. A Medical Assistant program completion and CPR certification are preferred, with CPR a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic medical terminology knowledge is required.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to perform injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Proficiency in taking vitals and using EHR systems.
• Must maintain HIPAA confidentiality and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain medical history and vitals.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections and conduct spirometry testing as directed.
• Record patient information accurately in the EHR system.
• Support front-office duties including scheduling and patient payments.
• Travel between clinics as needed to support operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure end-of-day logs are complete.
