Job summary

MultiCare is seeking a Medical Assistant Training Coordinator in Yakima, WA. The role leads educational activities to boost MA competence, collaborates with Ambulatory NPDs, and supports non-licensed ambulatory training programs across the network.

You will design and evaluate training initiatives, partner with clinical leaders, and serve as a primary contact for ambulatory trainer programs. A current MA-C in Washington and ambulatory practice experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current MA-C with Washington State.
• 4 years of Clinic/Ambulatory practice.
• 1-2 years of staff development, teaching and/or project development coordination, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop educational strategies and methods to facilitate MA competence.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory Nursing Professional Development and leadership teams.
• Serve as primary contact for non-licensed ambulatory training programs across MultiCare.
