A full-time paid training program is offered if no experience. Training runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with classroom and clinical components at multiple Louisville locations, followed by transition to a full-time MA role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical assistant program (or) One year as a Medical Assistant.
• High School Diploma.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

• Taking patients to rooms.
• Obtaining vital signs.
• Assisting with medical procedures.
• Performing phlebotomy.
• Obtaining lab specimens.
• Adhering to safety and infection guidelines.
