The organization offers a paid full-time training program (Mon–Fri, 8a–4:30p) with classroom and clinical components, followed by a full-time MA position at multiple locations in Louisville and Southern

Qualifications

• Graduate of medical assistant program or one year as a Medical Assistant.
• High School Diploma; on-the-job training provided for Medical Assistant Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Taking patients to rooms and obtaining vital signs.
• Assisting with medical procedures and performing phlebotomy.
• Obtaining lab specimens and maintaining EMR.
• Calculating and administering medications and vaccinations.
