Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Injection certification within six months of employment.
• MA Apprenticeship Program and MA Certification Exam within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and measure vital signs (pulse, BP, temp, weight, height) and record results.
• Chart chief complaints and intake information in EMR.
• Perform basic MA duties including autoclaving, instrument prep, and room setup.
• Administer medications/injections per policy with correct dosing and seven rights.
