Under supervision, the trainee will escort patients, take vital signs, assist with referrals, labs, documentation in EMR, appointments, and patient check-in/out, while ensuring safety and compliance. This role emphasizes professionalism and patient communication across all ages.

Qualificações

• Working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Enrollment in an affiliated MA training program required for CMA certification.
• Computer skills to access online forms, policies, EMR and benefits enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the provider in back-office duties under supervision.
• Escort patient to exam room and take vitals as guidelines dictate.
• Manage referrals, authorizations, lab prep, and scheduling per policy.
