Woodlands Primary Healthcare is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our in-office clinical team at The Woodlands, TX.

This hands-on role supports providers with patient rooming, vitals, documentation in ECW, and basic procedures; new grads are welcome and will receive on-the-job training in a family medicine setting.

Strong communication, organization, and a compassionate demeanor are valued as we grow our patient‑centered practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (recent grads welcome).
• MA certification (CMA, RMA) preferred but not required for new grads.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; ECW experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• On-site work at The Woodlands, TX.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and document chief complaints.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Administer injections and perform basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Document patient encounters in ECW.
• Collect and process lab specimens per protocol.
• Support patient flow, scheduling, and front-to-back communication.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

Woodlands Primary Healthcare is a growing primary care practice seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our clinical team at our The Woodlands location. This is a great opportunity for a recent MA program graduate looking to start their career in a supportive, patient-centered environment. About the Role

You’ll work directly alongside our providers and clinical staff, supporting daily patient visits, rooming, vitals, and clinical documentation. This is an in-office, hands‑on role — ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a family medicine practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and document chief complaints
