Responsibilities

• Resolves employee issues; manages attendance, schedules, sick time, timekeeping and payroll for direct reports.
• Plans and coordinates MA activities; supports physicians; provides back-up MA coverage when needed.
• Acts as liaison between clinical staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care; trains MA/PCA staff; enforces policies.
