Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State seeks a Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead medical assistants and clinical support staff, ensuring patient-centered care and efficient clinic operations.

You will work with the Nurse Manager to supervise training and evaluations, support patient flow (18–21 patients per provider/day), and uphold quality measures, infection control, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Active MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State
• Minimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)
• Fast-paced outpatient setting; occasional travel to other clinic locations

• Ensure clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards are met

• Manage staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, phone messages, and patient grievances

Position: Medical Assistant Supervisor

The Medical Assistant Supervisor is a clinical leadership role responsible for supervising and supporting medical assistants and related care team staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, clinical quality measures, staff performance, and customer service standards.

Salary and Schedule

• Starting Wage: $27.34 - $28.37 per hour based on experience
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Can be edited based on need)
• Hourly - Hourly Plan, 27.34 USD Hourly
