Job summary

Squirrel Hill Health Center in Brentwood is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead a team of Medical Assistants and ensure patient-centered care. You will supervise daily MA activities, provide training, and support clinicians while upholding SHHC’s standards.

The role requires managing patient flow, inventory, and quality control, with rotating shifts including evenings and Sundays, and travel across SHHC sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a multi-provider medical practice preferred
• FQHC experience preferred
• Proficient with EHR systems, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR certification required
• Willingness to travel across SHHC sites and work rotating shifts including evenings and Sundays
