Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to travel to sister locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Care and Procedure Support: room patients, document vitals, histories, meds, allergies in EMR.
• Room Preparation: prep rooms, supplies, equipment before visits and procedures.
• Administrative tasks: schedule appointments, referrals, prior authorizations, and records requests.
• Patient Experience: communicate clearly with patients and providers; maintain professionalism.
