Job summary

Indigo is seeking a non-clinical, remote healthcare specialist who will speak with patients, collect medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate. The role is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.

You will conduct outbound calls in English and Spanish, document histories with high accuracy, review records for completeness, and collaborate with the operations team to improve processes. A week of in-person onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Experience or interest in healthcare/operations is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with structured onboarding provided.

The Role

This is a non clinical , remote healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and real exposure to healthcare operations.

You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.

• Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems

• Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency

• Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards

• Ensure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to interpret

• Review your work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy

• Follow established workflows and documentation protocols

• Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality
