Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of related experience in medical assisting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical competence in direct patient care and assists MDs with procedures.
• Performs routine clinical duties within department standards and policies.
• Addresses patient needs and communicates effectively with the care team.
• Directs patients to exam rooms and supports office diagnostic procedures.
