Allegheny Health Network in Grove City, PA is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical teams and patient care. You will coordinate patient care, prepare exam rooms, record vitals, and document in the EHR according to AHN protocols.

Requirements include High School Diploma or MA program completion, certification within 120 days of hire, CPR, and the ability to travel between AHN locations as needed. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for external hires.

Competenze

High School diploma or completion of a Medical Assistant program.
Certification training/testing within 30 days of hire and certification within 120 days.
Accepted Medical Assistant Certification (NHA, AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA).
CPR certification required; background checks as per policy.
Associate's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

Coordinate patient care under supervision of the provider.
Prepare and room patients; obtain vitals and history; screen for tobacco and medications.
Perform back office testing per AHN protocols.
Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
Document in the EHR and maintain accurate records.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of exam rooms and supplies.
May float between AHN locations as needed.
