Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify patient information.
• Obtain medical histories and vital signs; prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist with required testing and physical medical treatments.
• Cross-train to complete front-office duties such as insurance authorization, check-in/out, and referrals.
• Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and update records.
• Check out patients, assist with billing, and manage referrals.
• Prepare exam rooms, handle equipment, and clean instruments.
• Assist physicians with treatments, procedures, and exams.
• Maintain inventory and ensure exam rooms are fully equipped.
