• Typing speed 40+ WPM and fluent English are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Document patient visits in real time with doctors.
• Record patient history, exams and treatments.
• Use electronic health record systems accurately.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure records.
• Keep patient charts up to date and organized.
• Assist with document routing for physician review.
• Support lab tracking and follow‑ups to keep clinics running smoothly.
