Qualifications

This Englewood Health Physician Network seeks a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to play a key role in creating an experience for our patients when they walk through the door. In this dynamic role, the Medical Assistant/Receptionist will support both clinical and administrative operations by assisting with patient registration, collecting and maintaining accurate patient information, coordinating patient flow and preparing patients for their visits. This position will work closely with providers and team members to ensure efficient daily operations while delivering patient centered services. Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of one or more years (1+) experience as a medical assistant preferred

• Assisting in variety of treatments and medications as directed
• Recording test results and maintaining medical records
• Preparing exam room with supplies and equipment for treatments
• Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization process and patient registration proceduresExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education:
