SolutionHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant in a Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice in Manchester, NH. The role involves patient prep, vital signs, rooming, and support for overnight pulse oximetry and home sleep testing.
Responsibilities include chart prep, rooming, measurements, tests (ECG/ hearing/vision), screening, specimen handling, injections and immunizations, and prior authorization processing. Education requirements span MA programs and CMA/RMA/CCMA licensure options.

The Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice cares for patients with a variety of Pulmonary and Sleep conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Emphysema and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.Medical Assistant responsibilities in this practice include; preparing patients for examination, vital signs, prior authorizations, and workflow support of overnight pulse oximetry and home sleep testing. The ideal MA applicant will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, team oriented, specialty practice environment while gaining knowledge in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine.
Education: HS Diploma or GED required and One of the following:
Experience: 1 year of relevant healthcare exp. (can include externship), 1 -2 years exp. in a clinical ambulatory care setting preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Must possess BLS authorization upon 90 days of employment and maintain during employment. CMA, RMA or CCMA preferred.
Education: HS Diploma or GED required and One of the following:
Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant.
Certification/Licensure: CMA, RMA or CCMA required. Must possess BLS authorization upon 90 days of employment and maintain during employment
