Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC in Houston is seeking an MA Program Director to lead the Medical Assistant program. You will develop and maintain the core curriculum, plan courses, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality delivery of education.

You will monitor student progress and attendance, provide student advising, and report grades while maintaining ongoing compliance with Federal, State, and institutional accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required with at least 3 years related experience.
• Experience in program development and curriculum delivery.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance.
