Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an MA Program Director to develop and maintain core curriculum, supervise staff, and oversee program delivery. You will monitor student progress, advise students, and manage grade reporting while ensuring accreditation compliance.

Ideal candidates hold CMA/RMA credentials, an associate degree with at least three years in the field, and prefer MA instructor experience with 5+ years of related practice.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a minimum of three years relative experience in their field.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Preferred MA Instructor Experience
• Preferred 5+ years of field experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver core curriculum for the MA program.
• Monitor and manage student progress and attendance; provide advising and grade reporting.
• Ensure continued compliance with Federal, State, and Institutional accreditation standards.
