We are seeking a PRN Medical Assistant with excellent patient care skills, strong communication, and concierge-level customer service to provide coverage across multiple clinics in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.

The Role of the Medical Assistant

1. Greet and room patients.
2. Obtain blood and urine samples, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.
3. Perform clerical responsibilities.
4. Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.
5. Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus one of the following:
  1. Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
  2. One year relevant work experience or on-the-job training.
  3. Military-trained medic or paramedic.
• Minimum one year of recent medical experience preferred.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications, immunizations records including hepatitis B and tuberculosis.
