Job summary

North Canyon Network of Care is seeking an attentive Medical Assistant/EMT/Ortho Tech to provide technical, clinical and clerical support to the provider. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and preparing for efficient patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will handle delegation, data collection during assessments, and communication of information for care planning while upholding the organization’s commitment to compassionate service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician program or hold a current Certified Nurse Aide certification in Idaho or Orthopedic Tech certification.
• Minimum experience as required for the position and/or specific area(s) of assignment.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and unit/area(s) of assignment.
• Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
• Ability to work with patients’ growth and development needs, particularly related to patient age in unit/area(s).
• Ability to manage a chaotic work environment related to changing patient needs and complex disease processes.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with performance standards and organizational values.
• Exhibit service excellence principles.

Requirements
