Conviva Care Solutions in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and advanced practice providers. This role blends clinical and administrative duties to promote efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

You will prepare patients for examinations, take vital signs, document in the EHR, assist with procedures, and coordinate care with the care team. The role also supports preventive screenings and chronic disease management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program or current MA certification/registration or at least three years of MA experience.
• Fundamental clinical skills include vital signs, patient preparation, and accurate documentation within scope.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization abilities to work with limited day-to-day direction.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examinations; obtain vital signs; review and update medical histories; assist with examinations and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diagnostic screenings, and other allowed clinical tasks per policy and law.
• Accurately document patient information and clinical activities in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care team to coordinate visits, referrals, follow-ups, and communication.
• Support preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms; manage supplies; follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient interactions and reinforce provider education.
• Organize and prioritize daily clinical and administrative tasks to support patient flow.
