Job summary

Conviva Care Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant in Boca Raton, FL to support physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering patient-centered care. The role combines clinical and administrative tasks to promote efficient clinic operations and better health outcomes.

The position is patient-facing, TB screening program participant, and requires efficient documentation in the EHR. Onsite hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 40-hour work week and a salary range of

Qualifications

• Meet at least one pathway: MA training program, MA certification/registration, or 3+ years MA experience.
• Ability to demonstrate fundamental clinical skills including vital signs and patient preparation within applicable scope.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, obtain vital signs, review histories, discuss symptoms, and assist with examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diagnostic screenings, and medication or vaccine administration where permitted.
• Accurately document patient information and clinical activities in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Support preventive screenings, chronic condition management, and care-gap identification.
• Organize and prioritize daily clinical and administrative assignments to support patient flow.
