Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team. You will work closely with a primary care physician to provide excellent patient care and a great guest experience in our modern clinics.

In this role, you will perform clinical tasks, take vitals, assist with procedures, manage front desk duties and coordinate with labs and specialists to support comprehensive care. CPR/BLS certification is required at start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred; CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist with room readiness.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections, and prepare supplies for procedures.
• Perform front desk duties: scheduling, medical records requests, and referrals.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records and coordinate with labs.
