Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Practice Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Glendale, AZ.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting our providers by facilitating orders, managing referrals, and ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• F ocuses on patient priorities with a kind and caring attitude to ensure quality care.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient procedures.
• Take and record vital signs and patient history.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by a physician.
• Facilitates provider orders, including labs, radiology and referrals.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.

Shift

• Full time; shifts available between Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 6pm with mandatory 1 Saturday a month for half shift from 8:00am-12:00pm

Glendale Arizona with possible traveling to Surprise and/or Scottsdale as needed for coverage.
