UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Medical Assistant - Primary Care in Flagstaff, AZ to support providers in back-office clinic tasks, including injections, phlebotomy, and patient care, while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or Military Medic program.

• 1+ year of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
• Experience with multiple EMR/EHR systems such as EPIC, ECW, APM, NextGen, Cerner.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains established quality control standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
