Qualifications

• State or national MA certification or accredited MA course completion.
• 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR or BLS certification and EMR experience.
• US work authorization and basic computer skills (Gmail, Docs, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient patient flow.
• Room patients, complete vitals, screenings and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support and record sharing.
• May administer vaccines and point-of-care tests per state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR via scanning or upload.
• Participate in care team meetings and coordinate with providers.
• Process orders for durable medical equipment and manage records.
