MAs report to the Practice Manager and work with care teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient visits. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, assisting with screenings and point-of-care testing, EMR data entry, and collaborating on clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Certification or MA program completion as required by state.
• 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• EMR experience and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient patient flow; room patients and record vitals.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support and records.
• Assist with point-of-care tests and vaccinations per regulations.
• Import documents into EMR and coordinate with care teams.
• Support care team meetings and clinic operations.
