Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Medical Assistant to be the first contact for patient care, performing administrative tasks and clinical duties in an outpatient setting.

The role requires MA training or CMA/Registered MA, phlebotomy and vaccine administration experience, CPR certification, and TB screening compliance. Hours are 8–5, Monday to Friday, with a strong focus on patient-facing care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/Registered Medical Assistant with provider approval.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Medication/vaccine administration experience.
• CPR certification and TB screening requirement.

Responsibilities

• Discuss symptoms with patients and input data into the EMR system; take vital signs.
• Perform injections, collect specimens, draw blood, and run diagnostic tests.
• Maintain examination rooms and support outpatient care activities.
