Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and lab procedures in a clinical setting.
• Quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to obtain vital signs and perform basic patient assessments.
• Follows regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with medical procedures and phlebotomy.
• Perform laboratory blood work and specimen handling.
• Follow lab procedures for processing and reporting results in EMR.
• Prepare slides for evaluation and coordinate outside tests when needed.
• Maintain logs, equipment records, and QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and accurate charge capture.
