Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Health & Wellness Center operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will assist providers with clinical tasks, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, handle patient intake, and maintain accurate medical records.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, front-office coordination, and collaboration across health services at multiple NJ locations. Prior MA/LPN certification and 3+ years’ outpatient experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program completed.
• Certification as Medical Assistant or LPN required or within six weeks of hire.
• Minimum 3+ years of Medical Assistant or LPN experience in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with routine examinations and treatments.
• Take vital signs and document data in medical records.
• Perform venipuncture and prepare specimens for lab vendors.
• Conduct EKGs, urine dipstick testing, and health screenings as requested.
• Administer vaccines and injections per providers’ orders.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and safe equipment.
