Job summary

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support a community-based care team. You will room patients, obtain vital signs, assist clinicians, perform waived tests, and help coordinate care for high-risk members in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role requires MA certification, CPR, and experience with EMR systems, with preference for those who have geriatric care experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• EMR experience required.
• 2+ years of experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Medical Assistant certification or registration required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist with providers to maintain timely schedules.
• Deliver patient care and support an exceptional patient experience.
• Obtain vital signs and review medications.
• Perform waived laboratory testing and assist with procedures.
• Support care team with documentation and care coordination.
• Maintain clean, safe exam rooms and inventory.
