Ideal Option is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Kalispell, MT, to provide administrative and clinical support across the clinic. You will assist providers, handle front desk duties, collect specimens, and support patient care to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Maintain MA licensing through the state/agency.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support for clinic operations.
• Check patients in and update demographics.
• Obtain/verify medical records releases and collect co-pays.
• Record vital signs and breathalyzer results; collect urine samples.
• Assist with observed dosing and urine testing; draw blood if needed.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and supply levels.
