Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical assisting experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required; EMR familiarity helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient hospitality: greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries.
• Scheduling & communication: professional phone and email follow-up and coordination.
• Support patient care: assist providers, prepare specimens, perform tests, call prescriptions.
• Clinic preparation: maintain clean, safe exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Documentation: complete all PMR EMR documentation accurately.
• Update professional knowledge: maintain required certifications.
