Job summary

Ideal Option is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at our Great Falls, MT clinic to support both administrative and clinical tasks. You will greet patients, collect vitals, draw blood, manage records, and assist providers to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• MA licensing through the state/agency (as applicable per state).
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks patients in for appointments.
• Confirms and updates patient demographics.
• Obtains vital signs and breathalyzers.
• Collects urine samples and prepares for lab testing.
• May draw patient blood samples and perform phlebotomy tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness of the clinic and supplies.
