Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduates of a MA apprenticeship program are eligible.
• Must have completed two years of medical training in the U.S. Armed Forces or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of MA experience with vital signs, injections, and medications.

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be a vital member of a collaborative, fast-paced care team, partnering closely with providers, clinical staff, and patients to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Working under the direction of a licensed practitioner, you will use your advanced clinical skills and expertise to support efficient clinic operations, enhance the patient experience, and contribute to positive health outcomes. In addition to performing all Medical Assistant I responsibilities, you will serve as a trusted teammate who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces collaboration, and helps drive high-quality, compassionate care while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training- Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or,
• Coursework/Training-Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or,
• Coursework/Training-Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or,
• Coursework/Training- Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months- Healthcare experience.
• 6 months- Medical Assistant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
