Medical Assistant - Pediatrics

Location: Chester, VA

Pay From: $18 per hour

MUST:

• Experienced Medical Assistant with 1+ years of experience
• Experience with childhood immunizations and vaccines
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients
• Comfortable with phlebotomy

DUTIES:

• Triaging patients
• Administering immunizations
• Preparing medical records
• Providing clinical assistance
• Comforting patients by addressing anxieties and answering questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
• Maintaining patient accounts by updating personal information
• Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality
• Following policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Contributing to team efforts as needed
