Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant in Lake Forest, IL. This full-time role includes responsibilities from answering phones to patient check-in/out, medical office support, and basic vitals collection. HDR-style duties may include phlebotomy and injections as needed.

• Complete patient registration.
• Provide administrative support to the physician practice.
• Check in and check out patients.
• Verify insurances.
• Greet patients and escort them to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals (BP, height, weight).
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8a-5p
Required Travel: Travel to other sites based upon department need

What you will need:
